Several trends are emerging as banks seek to build the perfect Web site, according a Vox study. For one, many Web sites are doing away with their institutional images, which have typically been pictures of stock customers. In their place they are putting more information on upcoming promotions. Banks are also placing a greater emphasis on mobile banking, including more space to educate their customers.
